Do you have a lot of rules about what you can and can’t eat?  Some people have lists of food rules that are almost as long as the United States tax code. 

No sugar.

 No carbs. 

No refined flour. 

Only eat fruit before noon. 

No fried foods. 

No dairy. 

No gluten. 

Eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day.
