Do you eat when you feel guilty?

Scared? Sad? Anxious? Stressed?

Whenever you want to eat, the first question to ask yourself is always,

Am I hungry?

If the answer is yes, go for it! Sit down and enjoy something you love.

The harder part is when the answer is no.  You want to eat, but your body doesn’t need food yet. That’s what this podcast is about.
