You’ve got the urge. You really want to eat!
But you aren’t hungry.
It’s okay. It’s normal.
It doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. It just means you’re in the habit of eating when you’re not hungry.
But you’re trying to stop overeating. You don’t want to keep gaining more weight. You’d really like to drop some.
So what do you do?
THIS EPISODE HAS THE ANSWER.
It is a resource for you to listen to whenever you want to eat but aren’t hungry.
It’s different from the other episodes.
It is what I call guided thought work.
Although you can listen to it at any time, it’s most effective when you have about 10 minutes and a calm place in which to relax so you can really think about what the recording says and asks you.
It will help you think through your decision to eat or not.
It will help you stop overeating.
So get comfortable. Take a few deep, relaxing breaths. And listen.
